Our co-ed Super Soccer program (6U) is for children born from 2018 thru 7/31/19. Registration fee is $80.

The program needs COACHES to work with the children.

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment.

Payments are due at the completion of the registration process.

If your child did not play with us last year, or if he/she did, but proof of age was not provided, please be prepared to upload a photo of your child's proof of age.

Acceptable forms of proof of age include passports, birth certificates or any paperwork from the player's school district or pediatrician's office that clearly states name and date of birth.

Player photos cannot be accepted as proof of age.

This registration form is setup with a filter that will not allow players to be registered in this program if they are ineligible.

If you have multiple children that would like to play with us, in any program, you would qualify for a 10% discount for those registered after the first child is registered. Contact the Registrar AFTER registering your first child to receive your discount code for the remainder of your children.
